Under 18’s
All attendees will require a badge to enter the Congress and children who will be attending with their parent or guardian must be registered online and in advance of the event. Children under the age of 18 will be able to enter the exhibition area free of charge and entry to the scientific programme for those aged 12 and over, will be charged at the concessionary rate. Parents with children under the age of 12 will be able to bring their children into the scientific programme free of charge.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times and their parent or guardian will be responsible for them at all times. The behaviour of children will be their parents’ responsibility at all times. Parents and their children may be asked to leave sessions or the exhibition hall if their behaviour is distracting other delegates.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

•    Changes and cancellation are available until August 15.
•    Refunds will be made during or after the 7th ISC upon deducting credit card service charges, and the cancellation penalties.
•    If a refund occurs, refund will be made to the same credit card.
